Seamless pipes and tubing incoloy 825 vs inconel 625 inconel 600 vs 625 applications in machining and milling
zheheng steel produce and supply astm alloy inconel 625,600 seamless pipes ,and incoloy 825 seamless pipes .they are most be used in same feild such as Chemical process industry, acid production, pickling equipment, pollution control equipment. but they have big difference in chemical composition and mechanical properties ,
Features: Inconel alloy 625 has excellent strength at temperatures up to 816℃. At higher temperatures, its strength is generally lower than that of other solid solution strengthened alloys. Inconel alloy 625 has good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 980℃ and shows good resistance to aqueous corrosion, but is relatively moderate compared to other more capable corrosion resistant alloys.
Inconel 600 has good resistance to corrosion and high temperature, and has high strength and good fabricability. It resists chloride-ion-incurred stress corrosion cracking, sulfur compounds and oxidizing conditions at high temperatures.
Incoloy 825 has excellent resistance to chloride-ion-induced stress corrosion cracking, reducing environments containing phosphoric and sulfuric acids, oxidizing environments containing nitric acid and nitrates, and pitting, crevice corrosion and intergranular corrosion. It has good mechanical properties at cryogenic temperatures to moderately high temperatures up to 538℃.
