Sanitary grade stainless steel pipe is a special stainless steel pipe, because its application needs to have higher health standards, so its manufacturing standards and quality requirements are higher than ordinary stainless steel pipe. Sanitary stainless steel pipe usually uses 316L stainless steel as material, the material contains high molybdenum, nickel and other elements, can improve the corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties of the steel pipe.
In the manufacturing process, the sanitary grade stainless steel pipe usually needs to go through high temperature annealing, electromagnetic inspection, ultrasonic inspection and other multi-channel technology, in order to ensure that it has no internal defects and external surface quality to meet the requirements of the sanitary grade.
