Overview:
Stainless steel welded pipe is made of precision cold rolled sheet. The wall thickness difference of these cold-rolled sheets is generally about 0.002 inches, so the wall thickness difference is very small, and the wall thickness of the entire pipe is very uniform.
The difference between stainless steel seamless pipe and stainless steel welded pipe also includes welding performance. Under normal circumstances, the chemical composition of stainless steel welded pipes and seamless pipes is somewhat different. The steel composition of the seamless pipe just meets the basic requirements, and the stainless steel welded pipe contains the chemical composition suitable for welding, such as silicon, sulfur, manganese, oxygen and trigonite and other elements, if the lack of these elements, the welding process will be very difficult.
