Stainless steel welded pipe and stainless steel seamless pipe can be cold processed - cold rolling (welding), cold drawing (seamless).
Cold-drawn stainless steel pipes have the following characteristics:
1. improve the surface, due to improve the surface finish and improve corrosion resistance.
2. further improve the dimensional accuracy of stainless steel pipe. After cold rolling or cold drawing with mandrel, not only the outside diameter accuracy but also the wall thickness dimension accuracy can be improved.
3. can produce smaller diameter, tube wall thinner stainless steel pipe.
4. Combined with solid solution heat treatment after cold deformation, mechanical properties can be improved.
5. can produce special size, special section of non-standard stainless steel seamless pipe.
